Step 1: Keep your health plan information ready
Before beginning the review process, it may help to have the following available:

A Social Security number is generally not needed during the initial review process. The system follows privacy standards and does not affect your current coverage.
Step 2: Review eligibility on the official site
Eligibility checks are completed directly through the official Pyx Health platform. The system reviews whether your health plan participates and whether food support benefits are available.

Step 3: Confirm your delivery location
If your plan qualifies, you can confirm or update the address where deliveries should be sent.
The delivery address does not necessarily have to match the address listed on your health coverage information.
If service is not yet available in your area, you may have the option to receive updates when it becomes available.
Step 4: Download the app (optional)
The free Pyx Health app, available for iOS and Android, can provide additional tools and resources:
